Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2015, inter alia, to take on record and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3). Pursuant to Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding Closure of Trading Window and taking into consideration the upcoming preparation and announcement of unaudited financial results, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from January 05, 2015 till the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company and the said Window shall re-open 24 hours after the same is made public.
