Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3). Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 1, 2015 to January 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).
