Ashima Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter dated April 27, 2015 from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on May 01, 2015 advising the Company to restate financial results for financial year 2012-13 & 2013-14 and give effect of these restatement adjustments in the annual accounts of the financial year i.e. 2014-15 as a prior period item in terms of SEBI Circular dated August 13, 2012 read with SEBI Circular dated June 06, 2013.
