Targeting NRI customers, the Kochi-based Asset Homes has launched an online facility to purchase apartments and villas.
P. Premchand, President, Kerala Management Association, launched the new website http://assethomes.in/online at a function held here. Federal Bank is partnering the company in facilitating payment gateway services for the new venture to provide customers a seamless booking experience.
V Sunil Kumar, Managing Director, said online purchase facility of villas and apartments in the country was pioneered by Tata Value Homes and Asset Homes was proud to be the first builder from Kerala to offer the facility. Tata Value Homes has already sold over a 1,000 units through online facility, he added.
The new facility, he said, will do away with a lot of hassles and delays associated with the purchases and will be a boon to the company’s buyers, especially NRIs.
Like other online shopping portals, the company also plans to launch short-term offers and limited edition deals while launching new projects where buyers can lock in their options at the earliest.
Asset Homes has 16 projects in various stages of completion.
