NCR-based real estate company Bhasin Group on Tuesday announced that it has started the construction of a 33-storey tower in Noida Expressway and aims to complete it in just 99 days.
The office tower ‘Mist’ is a part of the company's 25-acre Festival City project. While the tower will be built at a cost of Rs 150 crore, the total project would entail an investment of Rs 900 crore.
“The composite steel structure building (Mist) will offer built-to-suit office spaces and retail spaces. The tower will be built using 3,000 tonnes of E 550 steel plates worth Rs 35 crore procured from Jindal Steel and Power Ltd,” S S Bhasin, Managing Director, Bhasin Group, said.
The company aims to complete the construction of tower by January 29, 2016 and it will take another 3 months for obtaining clearances after which buyers can move in, Bhasin added.
