Granules India Ltd will be setting up a 100 per cent wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States of America.
A proposal in this regard has been approved by the board of directors at its meeting held here on Monday, the Hyderabad-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company’s scrip gained 2.62 per cent on the BSE on Monday to end at Rs 787.
The company’s board would meet on October 30, 2014 to consider and approve the results of the second quarter ended September 30, 2014.
