Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) today informed the stock exchanges that the company's board will meet on April 28 to take on record the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, and to recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the said period.
The company shall intimate to exchanges the financial results and details of final dividend, if any, as recommended by the board upon the conclusion of the board meeting.
