Cyient has received the national award for excellence in Corporate Governance for 2014 from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
“We got the award recently for high levels of transparency and governance practices adopted by us,” B V R Mohan Reddy, founder and Executive Chairman of Cyient, said here in a statement on Monday.
The award was instituted in 2001 by the institute. Former Chief Justice of India M N Venkatachaliah headed the jury that picked the Hyderabad-based engineering solutions firm for the award.
