Ingersoll-Rand (India) has posted a 11.8 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 18.30 crore for the fourth quarter of 2012-13 fiscal compared with Rs 20.75 crore clocked during the same period last financial year.
Income from operations was also lower by 3.49 per cent at Rs 130.60 crore against Rs 135.60 crore. EPS (basic) stood at Rs 5.80 (Rs 6.57).
