Mallya Hospital managed by Chaparral Health Services Ltd has bought Medinova Diagnostic Services Centre, Bangalore, for a total consideration of Rs 7.15 crore.
The board of directors of Medinova Diagnostic Services approved the sale of its diagnostic services centre situated at No. 55, Infantry Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore-560001, as a going-concern, on slump sale basis, together with the assets and liabilities relating to the centre but excluding the use of Medinova brand name, to Mallya Hospital (managed by Chaparral Health Services Ltd, Bangalore.
Medinova Diagnostic Services had entered into a definitive agreement with Mallya Hospital (managed by Chaparral Health Services Ltd) for sale of company’s centre located at Bangalore on March 19.
