Natco Pharma has executed definitive agreement and subscribed to 7.50 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of OMRV Hospitals Pvt Ltd (OMRV) at investment of ₹7.50 crore.
OMRV operates under brand name of PACE Hospital, a super speciality facility presently functioning in Hyderabad. It focuses on tertiary care services in medical and surgical gastroenterology, hepatology, nephrology, urology and andrology, according to a regulatory filing made to the BSE.
