Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) commenced spudding at the 700 th well at Kalol oil field near Ahmedabad this week.
N K Verma, Director (Exploration), Ahmedabad Asset, spudded the Kalol Well # 700 (KLTJ), according to an official release here on Thursday.
This is a new milestone for the Kalol field of ONGC Ahmedabad Asset as it becomes the first onshore field in which the 700 th well is being drilled.
Speaking on the occasion, he said despite the geological and sub-surface complexities and constraints, the achievements are exemplary.
