Puravankara Projects reported a 56.17 per cent rise in Q2 profit at ₹42.12 crore, against ₹26.97 crore in the same period last year. Revenues were 10.94 per cent lower at ₹377.53 crore (₹423.94 crore).
EPS (basic) stood at ₹1.79 (₹1.13), while the weighted average cost of debt fell to 11.77 per cent (12.39 per cent). Sales realisation of ongoing projects for Puravankara and Provident were ₹6,625 per sq ft and ₹4,636 per sq ft, respectively.
