Leading multiplex chain PVR Ltd on Tuesday said it plans to install Dolby Atmos technology in 50 of its cinemas across the country over the next two years, which will be one of the largest roll outs of Dolby Atmos screens by any multiplex chain in India.
PVR already has two existing properties equipped with Dolby Atmos technology. The company said that deal will see the installation of the technology across geographies. Some of the significant properties include PVR Sangam (Delhi), PVR Market City (Bangalore), Lulu Mall (Kochi), Ambience Mall (Gurgaon), PVR Phoenix (Mumbai), among others.
