Rampraveen Swaminathan has decided to quit as the Chairman and Managing Director of International Paper APPM Ltd.
He has decided to quit the paper company (which has manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh) to pursue his professional interests elsewhere and submitted his resignation, the company informed the BSE.
The board of directors of the company at a meeting held today accepted his resignation and agreed to relieve him of his responsibilities with effect from the close of business hours on April 27, 2017.
The board has appointed Donald Paul Devlin as Additional Director with effect from today and as Chairman and Managing Director effective April 28, 2017.
