Seshasayee Paper and Boards’ net profit for the fourth quarter of 2015-16 has multiplied seven times over that of the comparable period previously.
For the fourth quarter of 2015-16, on a standalone basis, the company has reported a net profit of ₹ 18.87 crore (₹ 2.80 crore) on a total income of ₹ 337.74 crore (₹ 311.48 crore).
For the year ended March 31, 2016, Seshasayee Paper has doubled its net profit over that of the previous year to ₹ 35.58 crore (₹ 17.35 crore) on an income of ₹ 1,031.50 crore (₹ 1,014 crore)
On a consolidated basis Seshasayee Paper has reported a net profit of ₹ 36.05 crore (₹ 16.49 crore) on a total income of ₹ 1,031.87 crore (₹ 1,014.44 crore) for the year ended March 31, 2016.
The company has recommended a dividend of ₹ 5 (50 per cent) per equity share of ₹ 10 for 2015-16.
