Vaccine maker Shantha Biotechnics, an arm of Sanofi Pasteur, has been given the ‘Best Management Award - 2015' by the Government of Telangana.
The award was given to the company in recognition of its harmonious industrial relations, community development programs taken up by the company, employee friendly work policies and commendable contribution to labour welfare.
“As an organisation, we are committed to the welfare of our employees and the communities. The well-being and prosperity of employees is the guiding principle for Shantha and this award is a testimony of our continued efforts in this area,’’ Harish Iyer, CEO of Shantha said in a release issued here on Friday.
