Titan Company’s jewellery division has opened the country’s first Karigar centre for jewellery manufacturing in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
Spread across an area of 11,990 sq.ft. each, the centre symbolises Titan’s effort, as a responsible player, in transforming the lives of Karigars from across the country. The Karigars can use their skills to craft hand-made gold jewellery for the division.
The Karigar centre was inaugurated by C G K Nair, Director, Titan Company Ltd. He was accompanied by Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director, Titan Company Ltd, and C K Venkataraman, CEO, Titan Jewellery Division.
Also, present on the occasion were noted dignitaries from the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council, Gem and Jewellery Skill Council of India and also representatives from major jewellery companies.
