Leading two-wheeler tyre maker TVS Srichakra Ltd has reported a 36 per cent fall in net profit at ₹32 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2017, compared with ₹50 crore during the year ago period, on the back of a drop in operating profit due to lower revenues.
Its gross profit stood at ₹48 crore as against ₹64 crore. Its other income fell from ₹17 crore to ₹4 crore. Total revenues of the company stood at ₹516 crore compared with ₹534 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
