Velvetcase.com, a marketplace for global jewellery designers has secured funding of $1 million. The investment was led by Chennai angel investors Kayar Raghavan and Lakshmi Potluri. The company was founded in 2012 by Kapil Hetamsaria and Runit Shah. “We are building a global platform connecting creators of design and consumers of design using innovative technologies,” Kapil Hetamsaria, co-founder of Velvetcase.com.
