GSK Consumer Healthcare on Wednesday said that Zubair Ahmed has been nominated as the “Non-Executive Chairman Designate” of the board of the company. He is slated to take over as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board with effect from April 1, 2018. The company said Subodh Bhargava will step down as Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board on March 31, 2018.
