Sugar prices at Vashi wholesale market ruled unchanged on normal activities. Naka and mill tender rates were steady on eased supply. Sources said local dispatches remained slightly higher than arrivals but market inventory was above 105-110 truck loads.
Arrivals were about 60-61 truck loads and local dispatches were at 62-63 loads. The Bombay Sugar Merchants Association’s spot rates:S-grade ₹3,580-3,802 (3,580-3,802) and M-grade was ₹3,660-3,906 (3,700-3,916). Naka delivery rates: S-grade ₹3,550-3,620 (3,550-3,620) and M-grade ₹3,630-3,720 (3,630-3,720).
