Broadridge Financial Solutions (India) Private Limited, a subsidiary of the US-based Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc, has opened its fourth office in India. The firm sees a potential of 1,500 new hirings at the 1.72 lakh sq ft new facility opened at Whitefield in Bengaluru.
Broadridge offers investor communications and technology-driven solutions for broker-dealers, banks, mutual funds and corporate issuers globally. The firm employes over 3,000 employees at its offices in Delhi and Hyderabad.
“Our expansion in Bangalore marks a new milestone for Broadridge ,” V Laxmikanth, Managing Director, of Broadridge India, has said in a statement on Wednesday.
