Crude oil futures declined 0.43 per cent to Rs 4,677 per barrel today in line with a weak trend in Asian trade.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for delivery in November shed Rs 20 or 0.43 per cent to Rs 4,677 per barrel with a business volume of 14,679 lots.
Similarly, the oil for December delivery moved down by Rs 19 or 0.40 per cent to Rs 4,728 per barrel with a business turnover of 1,196 lots.
Marketmen said the fall in crude oil futures prices was in line with a weakening trend in the Asian region.
Meanwhile, crude oil for delivery in December was down 16 cents at $86.93 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
