The sluggish trend continued in soya oil and soyabean on weak global cues and slack demand. Soya refined in Indore mandis on Monday ruled at ₹595-600 a quintal, while soya solvent was at ₹560. Besides slack physical demand, rise in arrival of soya seeds ahead Diwali holidays in local mandis, also added to the bearish sentiment. Soyabean traded flat at ₹2,800-2,900 (up ₹200 from last week). With poor buying support from the crushers, plant deliveries were ₹2,950-3,010 (₹2,850-2,900 last week). Soyameal also traded low on weak domestic and export demand with its prices on the port at ₹27,100, while in the domestic market it ruled at ₹26,000 a quintal.
