Oil prices in Indore mandis showed a mixed trend with soy and groundnut oil trading higher on improved demand and global cues, while palm and cotton oil traded lower on weak buying.
On Thursday, soy refined rose to ₹617-620 for 10 kg (₹613-615 last week) on improved global cues. Palm oil ruled at ₹600 (down ₹5 from last week), while cotton oil (Gujarat) was quoted at ₹590-592. Groundnut oil was quoted at ₹1,020-1,040 a quintal. Amid slack physical demand mustard seeds ruled stable at ₹4,200 a quintal.
