Barring masur and moong, a majority of pulses and pulse seeds ruled firm in Indore mandis on subdued demand at higher rates. Poor crop report and delay in arrival of the new crop have lifted prices of most pulse seeds in Indore mandis in the last two weeks. Masur (bold) ruled flat at ₹5,550-5,600 a quintal, while masur (medium) was quoted at ₹5,200-5,300.
Masur dal (medium) went for quoted at ₹6,350-6,450, while masur dal (bold) ruled at ₹6,550-6,900. Moong (bold) traded at ₹7,500-7,700, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹7,200-7,300. Urad (bold) was at ₹6,000-6,200, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹5,600-5,700. Urad dal (medium) traded at ₹6,900-7,000, urad dal (bold) ₹7,300-7,600, while urad (mongar) ruled at ₹7,700-8,000.
