There was no change in the pattern of trading in the wholesale sugar market at national capital on Saturday as prices continued to move in a tight range in the absence of anywortwhile moving factors.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against demand mainly kept sweetner prices on last closing levels.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal: Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,260-3,360, S-30 Rs 3,240-3,340.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 3,075-3,215; S-30 Rs 3,065-3,200.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3,145, Kinnoni 3,215, Asmoli 3,160, Dorala 3,135, Budhana 3,145, Thanabhavan 3,140, Dhanora 3,120, Simbholi 3,185, Modi Nagar 3,140, Khatuli 3,110, Dhampur 3,090, Ramala 3,085, Bulandshar 3,090, Anupshar 3,075, Baghpat 3,095, Morna 3,085, Sakoti 3,080, Chandpur 3,075, Amroha 3,085 and Nazibabad 3,075.
