There was no change in the pattern of trading in the wholesale sugar market at national capital on Saturday as prices moved in a tight range on small buying.
Marketmen said small buying against ample position of stocks in the markets mainly kept sweetener prices around overnight levels.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal: Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,060-3,260, S-30 Rs 3,050-3,240.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 2,860-3,225; S-30 Rs 2,850-3,190.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 2,910 (Gili), Kinnoni 3,315, Asmoli 3,190, Dorala 3,060, Budhana 3,010, Thanabhavan 3,010, Dhanora (gili) 2,920, Simbholi 3,260, Modi Nagar 3,140, Khatuli 3,025, Dhampur 2,990, Ramala 2,885, Bulandshar 2,920, Anupshar 2,860, Baghpat 2,895, Morna 2,895, Sakoti 2,900, Chandpur 2,875, Amroha 3,060 and Nazibabad 2,875.
