Gold prices edged higher by 0.06 per cent to Rs 29,508 per 10 grams at the futures trade today as speculators raised their bets amid a firm trend overseas.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold for delivery in December rose Rs 17 or 0.06 per cent to Rs 29,508 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 474 lots.
