Mumbai, Feb 8 Gold futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange opened lower at Rs 30,790 per 10 grams on Friday against the previous close of Rs 30,796.
April contract made a high of Rs 30,841 and low of Rs 30,782. It was trading up 0.12 per cent at Rs 30,828 at 1.55 p.m.
In Comex, the yellow metal for April delivery was up by $2 at $1.674 a troy ounce at 2 p.m. Spot gold on Comex was down by $4 at $1,672.
