Alicon Castalloy has informed the exchanges that following the scheme of arrangement with Atlas Castalloy, as approved by the Bombay High Court, the company has allotted 12.56 lakh equity shares to the shareholders of Atlas Castalloy. Shares of Alicon Castalloy edged up 0.33 per cent at ₹351.55 on the NSE.
