The board of directors of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise will meet on Thursday to consider a proposal for further issue of equity shares on rights basis, to existing shareholders of the company. The board will also consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and recommend a dividend. Investors and traders will keenly watch the entitlement ratio and the quantum of amount to be raised through the issue.
