Captain Polyplast Ltd has informed the BSE that its board meeting is scheduled to be held on December 9 to consider the listing of equity share capital of the company on the National Stock Exchange of India. Shares of Captain Polyplast , manufacturer of HDPE pipes and irrigation equipments, closed 3.28 per cent lower at ₹90 on the BSE.
