Coal India extended its morning gains by late session on Thursday. At 3.20 p.m. the CIL stock was trading at Rs 267.05 as against Rs 255.10 at close on Wednesday. This represented a gain of 4.68 per cent.
Tata Power Co moved up further to quote at Rs 75.15, up 3.09 per cent on its previous close of Rs 72.90.
Hind Unilever traded on a firm note to post gains of 3.05 per cent at Rs 587.40 as against Rs 570 at close yesterday.
M&M was up 2.43 per cent at Rs 897 as against RS 875.75 at close on Wednesday.
Maruti Suzuki rode up 2.07 per cent to quote at Rs 1,640 as against Rs 1,606.70 at close yesterday.
