The Foreign Investment Promotion Board on Friday cleared 13 projects, including those of Alstom Manufacturing India’s proposal worth ₹400 crore and Cipla’s ₹150-crore proposal. The pharma major on Thursday received approval from competition watchdog CCI for the proposed investment by Mauritius-based FIL Capital Investments in its healthcare arm. Alstom had sought the nod for effecting its global merger plan in India.
