Nichrome India Ltd, a manufacturer of packaging machinery and pioneer in form fill seal machines, has developed an ultra hi-speed machine. It was launched for the first time during ‘Interpack 2014’ held recently at Dusseldorf, Germany.
Developed by using the 4-axis servo driven continuous motion technology in collaboration with Prodo-Pak USA, Multilane, the new machine under Nichrome’s RV series will mainly be used for producing four side seal sachets or contour packs.
“Multilane is operator friendly and easy to set through HMI fitted on a swiveling pendant. All GMP and safety features are built in. Any types of fillers like auger, cup, cavity, pumps can be fitted as per the product requirement,” Mrunal Joshi, Executive Director, Nichrome, said.
