Real estate company CHD Developers has announced the launch of ‘CHD EWay Towers’ — a two-acre mixed use project with office and retail spaces — in Dwarka Expressway.
“Rs 140 crore has been invested in this project. We are confident of completing the project in two to three years,” Gaurav Mittal, Managing Director, CHD Developers, said.
The total saleable area under the project is 2 lakh square feet with 15 floors of office space and three floors of retail spaces. It will also house a 24X7 business and concierge centre.
