Real estate developer Lodha Group said it has received a pre-launch booking order for over 2,000 homes worth Rs 1,600 crore for its newly launched project Amara.
Amāra is in prime Central Thane spread over 40 acres.
Prashant Bindal, Chief Sales Officer, Lodha Group, said: “Over the years, Thane as a location has grown tremendously to create its mark today and it has become a booming commercial and residential hub due to the influx of business centres and other key developments. The robust demand generated by this neighbourhood is a proof that there will be a mass exodus of employable populace to Thane in the coming years.”
The company has announced Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna as brand ambassadors for the project
