As football fever grips the world, get a measure of it on your device!

Get a measure of the World Cup fever on your mobile phone from wherever you are - this is what a new iPhone application ‘The Kick-Brazil’ promises.

The app can be downloaded from www.teamta.net/brasil.

Live scores

It has been jointly developed by Travancore Analytics, a Kerala-based software firm, and ‘The Kick UG’ in Germany.

The app enables football fans get updated on all match schedules and live scores. Even as a match is in progress, it shoots out Twitter updates from around the world relevant to the match.

It brings continuous updates on news related to the World Cup. One can select one’s favourite teams and players and see what the world talks about them on Facebook and Twitter.

So, a single gateway of an app brings all the news, images and social media feeds about all players of the 32 World Cup teams, a spokesman for Travancore Analytics said.

Magazine feeds

The app also brings you news and images from popular international sports magazines such as Kicker, Goal and Sport , apart from the facility to view and share Twitter feeds from all over the world within seconds.

The spokesman said that Travancore Analytics has developed more than a hundred professional applications, including business solutions and games.

Snake and Ladder

Snake and Ladder, an iPhone implementation of the traditional Indian board game, was one of the top downloads in the board game category.

With branches in Technopark and Infopark, the company has also developed navigation applications for visually challenged users and a few medical applications for top universities in the US.
