As a Business Line reader right from the beginning, I find the changes welcome. The stocks and ‘Think’ pages are refreshing. Thank you for enhancing the space for letters. Information on medical research and surveys could be added as a daily feature on the last page.

Congratulations Team HBL! As one who picked up copies of Business Line from news stand when the paper first appeared in Mumbai and started subscribing, I feel nostalgic while reading about the new avatar of the paper.

The changes in format and content will make it more reader-friendly. Looking forward to read the Saturday weekend magazine and everything else.

Congrats!!! Such a great makeover of international standard. I am a regular reader of Business Line . This new design and content format will be very good for the readers. However , we will miss BL on Sundays. Simon CA

The layout is nice but let me read the paper for another month before making any further comments. You have stopped giving the day’s high and low prices with stocks.

This is a really nice cool look. I have been a reader of BL for nearly 16 years and this change of the look and news features more than makes me look forward to the mornings. Waiting for the rest of the week to see how it all unfolds.

I have been a reader of Business Line ever since it was launched 20 years ago. So it was a pleasure to see the makeover. The new design appears more elegant and stylish. While the stocks page is soothing to the eyes, the ‘Technophile’ section is a useful addition. That said, having got used to reading BL all seven days of the week, I won't know how to fill the vacuum on Sundays.

I didn't even open the paper. I didn't even see the box item 'A new beginning'. As I picked up today's The Hindu BusinessLine , I realised something was new! It was only later after I had done with The Hindu and came to BL did I notice the various changes in the redesigned paper. Well done — without any drastic overhauling. Thanks also for retaining the thematic blue colour. I will mention only one element that I don't like. The page numbers must be in the outer edge of any page: if we want to go to a particular page, we will hold the broadsheet only at the open side and riffle through the pages. It is irksome to spread out and peep at the far inner end as we are now compelled to do.

I am a devoted reader of ‘Investment World’ since 2004. I am worried about your decision to publish it on Mondays. Generally, Monday mornings are chaotic and there are many items to be taken care of on the work front, which gives an investor very littleless time to read do a detailed study of the articles in detail. Sundays give us the luxury to study and research your articles and be ready with our cheque books the next morning.

How does one react to buy calls especially in good IPOs if one has to rush to office on a monday morning? Classic example is NTPC tax free bond issue which got oversubscribed on the first day. I feel having this on Sunday is ideal as we can plan in advance for the coming week.

I am sure you have decided to have this on monday after much research,I however am of the opinion that you continue this on Sunday as we are now so used to this feature on Sundays and changing this culture will be rather uncomfortable.

I have been subscriber of BL from the first issue. Now I am 63. I would like to see the share quotes in a bigger font.
