Claris Lifesciences registered consolidated profit after tax for the calendar year ended December 2013 at ₹84.4 crore, 18 per cent lower compared with ₹104 crore reported last year.
The company’s consolidated revenues for the full year, after transfer of the infusion business to the JV during the third quarter, stood at ₹708 crore against ₹777 crore last year.
For the Q4 ended December 2013, consolidated net profit stood at ₹17.8 crore against ₹25.2 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
For the quarter, company’s revenues stood at ₹167.5 crore compared with ₹194 crore in the same period for the previous year.
