Dhathri Ayurveda Kendra, the health and wellness arm of Dhathri, is set to open another ayurvedic specialty treatment hospital in Ernakulam.
The 60-bed hospital in Palarivattom near Kochi will be inaugurated by the State Health Minister, Ms P.K. Srimathi Teacher, on Saturday. This is the third hospital the company is opening in Kerala, the first one being at Velanchira, Kayamkulam which was established in 1993, and the other in Guruvayoor.
Treatment offered
The hospital, set up at an investment of Rs 1.5 crore, will provide a wide range of treatment for aliments such as psoriasis, arthritis, joint, neck and spine disorders and rheumatism. The hospital will also provide specialised treatment for diabetes, hypertension, migraine, sports-related injuries and posture issues, Dr S. Sajikumar, Managing Director, Dhathri Ayurveda Kendra, said. The hospital will also provide special packages for IT and bank professionals and senior citizens.
The company is all set to register a business turnover of Rs 60 crore by March against Rs 40 crore achieved last year. Of this, 20 per cent is from exports, he added.
