Dr P. Gundu Rao, Director (R&D), Divi's Laboratories Ltd, has resigned as whole-time director of the company with effect from June 01, 2011. Dr Gundu Rao, would, however, continue as a non-executive director of the Hyderabad-based company, the Bombay Stock Exchange was informed on Monday.
