Fidelity Growth Partners India (FGPI) has taken a significant minority stake in Transpole Logistics Pvt Ltd, an integrated, asset-light, supply-chain solutions firm, with an India focus and an Asian footprint. Mr Raj Dugar, Senior Managing Director, and Mr Abhinav Sinha, Director with FIL Capital Advisors (India), the private equity advisory arm for FGPI, will join the Board of Transpole Logistics, a release issued here on Friday said.
