With growing orders, Kupps & Sachs is seeking funding to fuel its expansion.
The company, a subsidiary of a Singapore-based company of the same name, provides integrated water filtration plants to oil companies.
Last year, the company just completed supply of ‘integrated water filtration' modules-equipment that separate oil and water and treat the water for further use.
The Rs 10-crore order has armed the company with a reference to quote against other tenders.
Today, Kupps & Sachs is sitting on orders worth Rs 45 crore and its Founder and CEO, Mr Kuppusamy Selvaraj, says the company is gearing up for bigger business in the years to come.
Cuddalore project
The company is putting up a Rs 15-crore project in Cuddalore to make the equipment and is also expanding its design centre in Chennai.
It wants to add 100 engineers each year for the next three years, to take the strength of the centre to about 500.
Mr Selvaraj told Business Line that he was looking for funding.
