In continuation of our letter dated May 16, 2019, pursuant to regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 23, 2019 at Registered Office of the Company, inter alia considered and approved the following: Approval of Audited Financial Results for Quarter / year ended March 31, 2019 along with Auditors report. Revised Code of code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information. The Board of Directors did not recommend any dividend on Equity Shares of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 5.00 P.M. and concluded at 05.45 P.M.
