In compliance with sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are pleased to submit the following information in the prescribed format regarding voting results on the business transacted as per the Notice of Postal Ballot for change of name of the Company. The mode of voting was postal ballot and e-voting. The details of voting are provided in the Annexure enclosed herewith. Further, we also enclose the Scrutinizers Report on postal ballot and e-voting provided by Nilesh A. Pradhan & Co., LLP, Company Secretaries. The special resolution for change of name of the Company has been passed by requisite majority. We request you to kindly take same on record.
