This to inform you that in terms of the provisions of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 05.07.2016, we are adopting Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) with effect from April 01, 2019. Accordingly, as per the relaxation provided in Para 2.6.1 of the aforesaid circular, we will submit and publish the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 within the extended period of one month. You are requested to take the above information on your records.
