Adlabs Entertainment Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 25, 2019 to February 07, 2019 (both days inclusive).
